We brought our children to IVY KIDS in March 2008 from another local care facility in the area. Having 3 children (now ages 4 years, 2 year and 6 months old), we have been able to experience almost all of the different levels of classes from the infant class to the pre-K program. IVY KIDS has more than exceeded our expectations in all areas.
We are always greeted by the staff at the front desk and even walking through the facility when we bring our children in the morning and leave in the afternoons. I'm continually happy that I made the decision to bring my children to IVY KIDS when even staff who are not directly in charge of my children know all three of my children's names. The teachers are always so happy to see us and we feel very comfortable leaving our children with the caretakers in the various classrooms. All of the teachers have been exceptional. Although it is always difficult to bring an infant to any care facility, my baby girl began at IVY KIDS when she was a few months old. I always felt that she was loved and well cared for from the very first day that I brought her to IVY KIDS.
The classrooms are organized, clean and always have children's artwork and family pictures on the walls. In the afternoons when we pick up our children, we always get a full report on how the children did throughout the day and if there is anything that needs to be addressed behaviorally and academically. Being able to visit with the teachers on a daily basis is so important to us.
There are so many wonderful extra activities that IVY KIDS offers such as a full time librarian and a Spanish teacher. All of the staff help to make learning fun and exciting. Additionally, the lunch and snack menus provide a good variety of fun and nutritious foods and I appreciate that the teachers challenge the children to try the different foods.
We are so very happy with our decision to join the IVY KIDS family.

My son Mark is really happy at IVY KIDS. We signed up at the beginning of the year for the after school and summer program and have been completely satisfied with our decision. It was important to my husband and me to find a safe environment for Mark's after school care. Our experience with the IVY KIDS staff has been great. We like that the after school program provides a balance of helping with homework and time to play with friends. Mark is always happy to tell me about all the fun he had at IVY KIDS. When we arrive to pick him up he doesn't want to leave. He has mad many friends and taken some great field trips. We were so pleased with our experience at IVY KIDS we recommended it to friends.

The reason I keep my children at IVY KIDS is because the well-trained staff sees every child as an individual, recognizing that each child is different. The teachers are calm and loving, and use child-specific methods when motivating or redirecting the kids. Our three kids couldn't be more different, and no one-size-fits-all daycare would work for us. This is the only program where I have seen as much attention paid to the child as to the curriculum.

For us as working parents, finding a learning center that would enrich our children intellectually as well as emotionally was very important. Furthermore, it was important for us to locate a facility that we felt comfortable with and our children could enjoy. IVY KIDS Learning Center has provided all of this and more. Cameras in the classrooms allow us to watch our children throughout the day. Our preschooler has excelled under the direction of qualified and caring staff. The after school faculty ensures that our 2nd grader completes his homework and still has time to play. The staff is constantly coming up with creative and stimulating activities for the children. And the owners are always receptive of ideas to improve the facility.
We could not be happier to be part of the IVY KIDS family.

When my husband and I were shopping around for schools for our daughter, IVY KIDS Early Learning Center stood out to be the best and we would not have considered any other school. Our daughter has attended IVY KIDS for over a year and a half and we are very pleased with the level of education that she is receiving. We are very impressed with the teachers, curriculum, Spanish programs, computer/science labs and daily activities. Plus, we enjoy having the ability to virtual visit while she is under their care. We have highly recommended the school to several families and most have enrolled their children.

We brought our son to IVY KIDS in August of 2005. He was five months old at the time. The teachers in the infant room were so loving, I never felt uncomfortable leaving him in their care. Each day they communicated his needs and problems, as well as his changes and discoveries. They would let me sit and spend time with them while Blanton finished his naps. They went to great lengths to make sure his transition to the next room was as smooth as possible for him. In the 12 to 18 month room, our son learned to walk and talk and really play. Often at home, we would discover new things he had learned at IVY KIDS. For instance, the first time we asked him what the lion says, he let out a big roar. The teachers in this class really enjoy getting down on the floor to read, play and sing with the children.
Blanton is now in the 18 to 24 month room, where the children are even more active. He enjoys the toys and books. There is a good balance of interaction with teachers and independent play. The web-cams are a great feature at IVY KIDS. We like to check in from work at different times of the day and see what our son is doing. His grandparents live in Mississippi and love to watch him on the web-cams since they can't see him in person. We are very pleased with our choice to come to IVY KIDS.

IVY KIDS offers our daughter a warm and positive home away from home with outstanding curriculum and staff, and introduction to foreign language and the opportunity to pursue her interests in tumbling and ballet without the hassles of off-site or later evening appointments. I head to my office each morning without a single worry about how her day will be.

Hi, My name is Kery West, working as an employee at IVY KIDS is really great. I've worked here for three months and five days and the short time that I have been here they have lots of things to offer you. For your child there is Spanish, Science and plenty of love. We have a great staff and a wonderful director. The owners here are loving people, there are many smiles when you come in and many when you are leaving. IVY KIDS is a place you can bring your child and you don't have to worry about them being mistreated.
